  • The product is not as described

All returns & exchanges are 100% free — no extra charges.

2. Proof Required for Return Approval

To ensure a smooth claim process, customers must provide clear proof before the parcel is opened or used:

Required Proof:

  • Parcel opening video (from start to end, without cuts)

  • Photos of parcel & product (before use)

  • Unboxing video showing the issue clearly

Note: Used or physically damaged items without valid unboxing proof are not eligible.

  2. Share your order number + proof (video/photos)

  3. Our team will verify the claim within 24–48 hours

  4. We'll arrange a free return pickup

  5. Once approved, you can choose: Full Refund, or Product Replacement / Exchange

4. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued through:

  • Easypaisa / JazzCash

Refunds are processed within 24–72 hours after return approval.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged items

  • Accessories without proof

  • Items without unboxing video

  • Hygiene-related products (earbuds, personal care items) unless defective
